When I was 10 years old, my father passed away from a heart attack. He was 38 years old, leaving my twin siblings and me behind. This edition of 114 hearts represents his 38 years for the three of his children that outlived him.
Each heart is hand sculpted from molten glass. Each piece is unique and varies slightly in size and appearance. This is a limited edition series, each piece is signed, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Numbers 1 -38 are available through Corning Museum Shops. Numbers 39 - 76 are currently available. Number 77 - 114 are not yet available. The hearts evolved slightly in shape and size as the additions progressed.
