Inevitable Expansion was made for the Out of This World challenge, where we were asked to use space and its vastness as inspiration for a work of art. We had the honor of being critiqued and evaluated by the guest judge, renowned space scientist, Dr. Marianne Mader.

Throughout human history we have looked to the sky and wondered about our existence, pushed forward and defined only by the limits of our imagination. This piece illustrates the search for meaning and understanding, even within our own finite limitations. We strive to understand, we strive to discover, regardless of the outcome.
